Late Policy:
Please let me know if you’re running late for your appointment. I have a 15 minute grace period for most appointments; of course, shorter appointments will be asked to reschedule as it won’t allow enough time to complete your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule you for a better time.
Cancelation Policy:
Same Day-
Please try to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you are needing to reschedule your appointment. This allows someone else a chance to fill that appointment time. Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge. Things happen and I totally understand, please contact me when needing to cancel!
No Show-
There will be a 100% service charge by the end of the day for no showing your appointment. Please respect that this is my business and it’s only me. No shows take that time from my schedule and doesn’t allow another client to fill your spot.
