This Policy covers personal information processed by TavTech Consultant Inc. across our apps, websites, and community features.

b) App usage & device data: app interactions, device type, OS version, language, and crash/diagnostic logs.
c) Purchase data: subscription status, product, and renewal dates (processed via app-store billing—we don’t receive full payment card details).
d) Community content: posts, comments, and any text/images you choose to share.
e) Support communications: messages you send to us (e.g., email, in-app forms).

a) Directly from you: forms, posts, support requests.
b) From your device/app: usage analytics, diagnostics.
c) From app stores: purchase/entitlement status.
d) From service providers: analytics and error reporting (where enabled).

a) Provide & operate the Services: accounts, features, subscriptions.

c) Improve & secure: analytics, diagnostics, troubleshooting, anti-abuse.

5) Legal bases / authority
Where applicable, we process information based on your consent, performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., security, improvement), and legal compliance. In Canada, we follow principles consistent with PIPEDA; if you are in other regions, your local laws may also apply.
6) Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
a) Service providers (hosting, analytics, email, crash reporting, payment entitlements) bound by confidentiality.
b) Legal & safety purposes (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety).

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it per our retention practices and legal obligations.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
9) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

a) Access / Correction / Deletion: Contact us to submit a request.
b) Marketing choices: You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
c) Device controls: Manage permissions (e.g., notifications) in device settings.
12) Subscriptions & payments
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app-store billing system (e.g., Google Play). We receive purchase/entitlement status but not full card details. Manage or cancel your subscription via your app-store account.
13) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
