The EULA should be signed by a permanent staff member from a research institution. The dataset is not shared with commercial institutions and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

We share the data using AVEC 2018 chalenge protocol, holding out the test labels. As of 2022, we do not share the videos but the audio signal. Baseline acoustic and visual features used in the AVEC 2018 challenge are also provided.

According to the ethical committee approval, the dataset can be used until the end of 2022.

No participant identifying information (in any modality) can be shared in scientific papers. Audio or transcripts of the dataset cannot be shared publicly and should be securely protected by licensed users.

For fair comparability with the challenge and former literature, you can submit up to five (5) test set probes in a .csv file having (test) filename and mania level (in {1, 2, 3}) columns.
