For maximum reproducibility and comparability, we share the dataset using the AVEC 2018 challenge protocol, including the respective baseline feature sets. Due to increased confidentiality requirements, however, we no longer share the video recordings of the patients. We share only the audio signal and features from the video.
Original corpus is collected from 95 subjects including 49 healthy controls.
We share the Bipolar DB with AVEC 2018 challenge protocol that
consists of 218 session recordings of bipolar mania patients,
has a clear training (N=104), validation (N=60) and test (N=54) partitions, and
comes with baseline acoustic and visual features for reproducibility.
The dataset is annotated for Young-Mania Rating Scale and three mania levels thereof
Metadata includes age and gender information of subjects
Baseline acoustic features include Deep Spectrum, openSMILE LLDs and functionals.
Baseline video features include eye gaze and FAU features extracted using OpenFace.
With the dataset and baseline features, baseline scripts can be used to reproduce challenge baselines.
