TATTOOED TALENT ARTIST REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT
Between Tattooed Talent (www.tattooedtalent.com) and the Artist
This Artist Representation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the ___ day of __________, 20__, by and between:

Collectively, the Agency and Artist are the “Parties.”
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
Tattooed Talent represents and promotes tattooed performers, background actors, models, and specialty talent for film, television, commercial, print, and live event opportunities. The Artist wishes to be represented by the Agency for such opportunities.
2. REPRESENTATION TYPE
☐ Non‑Exclusive Representation (default)
The Artist may work with other agencies or book work independently.
☐ Exclusive Representation
The Artist agrees to book all industry‑related work through the Agency unless otherwise approved in writing.
3. TERM
This Agreement begins on the date signed and continues month‑to‑month, unless terminated by either Party with written notice.
4. AGENCY SERVICES
The Agency agrees to:
Promote the Artist to casting directors, production companies, and clients
Submit the Artist for suitable roles and opportunities
Maintain the Artist’s profile on www.tattooedtalent.com
Provide branding, guidance, and industry support
Communicate booking details, call sheets, and production requirements
Collect payment from clients when applicable and remit the Artist’s share
5. ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES
The Artist agrees to:
Provide accurate information, measurements, and photos
Maintain professional conduct on set and in communication
Arrive on time, prepared, and compliant with production requirements
Notify the Agency of any schedule conflicts or changes
Update tattoos, appearance changes, or new work
Follow booking instructions and respect client confidentiality
6. COMMISSION & PAYMENT
The Agency receives a commission of ___% of the Artist’s gross earnings for any job booked through the Agency.
The Artist receives the remaining balance after commission and any agreed‑upon deductions (e.g., union fees, payroll processing).
Payments are issued once funds are received from the client or production company.
The Artist understands that the Agency is not responsible for delayed or unpaid client invoices.
7. CANCELLATIONS & NO‑SHOWS
If the Artist cancels a confirmed booking without valid reason, the Agency may remove the Artist from future submissions.
No‑shows may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.
8. USE OF LIKENESS
The Artist grants the Agency permission to use their:
Name
Photos
Videos
Tattoos
Portfolio materials
for promotional purposes on the Agency website, social media, and marketing materials.
The Artist may request removal of materials with reasonable notice.
9. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Artist is not an employee of Tattooed Talent.
The Artist is responsible for:
Their own taxes
Transportation
Wardrobe (unless provided)
Personal insurance
The Agency does not guarantee work.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to keep private any sensitive information, including:
Rates
Client details
Production information
Internal Agency processes
11. TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination:
The Agency will remove the Artist’s profile from the website
Outstanding commissions remain payable
Existing bookings must still be honored
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
