Work stages:
menu - group 1
do an online search on food groups, energy norms for girls and boys, BMI count, etc.
divide the day into 3-6 meals
prepare a well balanced menu (food typical for your country, region, with local products)
choose a form for your menu (e.g. poster, leaflet, presentation, picture)
5-minute exercise - group 2
do an online search for rules of proper whole-body training
choose your favourite exercises
make a short film / presentation showing how to do the exercises (try to make it funny/surprising/inspiring etc)
moral compass rules - group 3
brainstorm and think about general rules of good health, consult others around you, do an online search
prepare a digital poster presenting them
do an online survey - about 25 students per country
present your work to the school community and encourage them to live a healthy life (on school website, classes, social media etc.)
publish the results on the project's twinspace
