By downloading, installing, or using Tasker AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the Application Tasker AI grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal and organizational task management on compatible Android devices.
2. User Responsibilities
Data Maintenance: Because Tasker AI operates with a local-first architecture, you are responsible for maintaining your device backups and utilizing the optional Google Drive sync feature to prevent data loss.
Account Security: You are responsible for securing your Google account credentials and maintaining control over the device running the App.

The developer does not warrant that the application will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur due to hardware malfunction, operating system conflicts, or API modifications by third-party providers.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Tasker AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of productivity, or device malfunction resulting from your access to or inability to access the App.
6. Modifications to Terms These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
