Mr. Tariq  Gafer is the charge nurse at Magdi Yacoub Foundation (MYF). 

 In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty Of Nursing Ain Shams University. He is continuing his master`s degree in Hospital Logistic Management at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in 2021-2022.

He started his career as an ER charge nurse at Hosh Isa central  Hospital in Albuhera. He worked in this position for about 3 years, He was an anesthesia staff nurse in Tanta MIlatary Hospital from 2012 to 2013.  so, he dealt with a lot of patients and gained more experience to provide delivery care to all patients.

in December 2014, He joined to Aswan Heart Center ( Magdi Yacoub Foundation ) as a staff nurse at Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). He was acting as a charge nurse from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, he changed his unit to Cath Lab to be a staff nurse of Cath Lab and learn more about patients also improve his skills in this field of Cardiology. Now, He is a Charge Nurse at Cath Lab.

During this year up to now, he upgraded to staff A nurse and became the preceptor of the Cath Lab, and he was an infection control Link Nurse. he started to participate in the competency program in AHC and his unit. In addition, he is ACLS and BLS provider.
