Sign Up

The Tournament will be run on DUPR, and thus you will need to have a DUPR account to sign up. Instructions to create an account are below.

If you have already created a DUPR account:

Instructions for how to sign up for the tournament on your DUPR account:

1) Go to https://mydupr.com or to your DUPR app.

2) Log in to your DUPR account. (See below on how to create account)

3) Click "Events" (left side on computer, top on app)

4) In the search bar, type "Tar Heel Classic" and click on the tournament when it comes up.

5) Click "Register"

5a) Unless you are UNC student in the pickleball club, select "No" for Club Membership question.

5b) Select your brackets: you can play in at most 2 events: 1 Men's/Women's and 1 Mixed

5c) Add your partner(s), or you can do this after you have registered.

6) Select "Submit Payment" to pay.

7) You will now see the tournament in the "Events" section on your homepage (might need to refresh). Anytime you want to look at the tournament details, you can look here.

If you do not have a DUPR account:

Instructions for how to create a DUPR account (Easiest on computer or DUPR app):

1) Go to https://mydupr.com/signup

2) Search for your name to see if you already have an account. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS.

2a) If you see your name, press "Claim Account."

[It is likely you have an account you need to claim if you have played in a tournament on pickleballtournaments.com]

2b) If you do not see your name, press "Create an Account" in top right corner.

3) Enter all of the necessary information to sign up for your DUPR account.

4) Verify your email address in the email that DUPR sends you.

5) Now go back above to "Instructions for how to sign up for the tournament on your DUPR account"

Troubleshooting: If you do have multiple accounts on DUPR, email support@mydupr.com to request that your accounts be merged.
