Travel Grant Application

Our aim is to make the conference as accessible as possible and, to that end, we are pleased to offer travel grants. These have been designed to assist attendees with varying travel needs, covering car travel, air travel, and hotel accommodation in San Antonio.

Travel grant awardees will be awarded through a travel reimbursement from UTSA after the TAPS meeting. We will be covering meals (supplied during the meeting for all attendees), transportation (air/ground), and hotel rooms up to two nights for the awardees.

To ensure a seamless submission process on our website, please follow these rules when submitting your application: 

• Please provide accurate information when filling out the application to facilitate effective communication and ensure a smooth process. 

• To provide a comprehensive response, please note that the final essay question on our website requires 100-200 words. This ensures that your answer is sufficiently detailed and allows for a thorough exploration of the topic. 

Please note that the deadline for travel grant applications is extended to September 3rd, 2025, at 5:00 pm CT. We encourage all who need assistance to apply. These grants are here to support your participation in our conference.
