We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your Snap to Recipe account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
Account Profile: Your email address and Google User ID associated with your account.
Service Credits: Your current token/credit balance and purchase history logs.
Remote Usage Logs: Any diagnostic data or activity logs linked to your account.
Note: Since your recipes are stored locally on your device, you must uninstall the app to remove that data. We do not have access to your local recipes.
Method 1: In-App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the app:
Open Snap to Recipe.
Tap the Profile icon.
Select Delete Account and confirm. This will immediately terminate your account and wipe your remote data.
Method 2: Web Request (If app is uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed, please send an email to our support team to initiate the manual deletion process:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your App Name]
Information Needed: Please send the email from the same Google account you used to sign in to the app so we can verify your identity.
Processing Time: Manual requests via email are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed from our servers.
