Following Hurricane Dorian, a minister of the previous administration made dismissive comments regarding the environmental damage from an oil storage facility on Grand Bahama Island.  He belittled the environmental affects as only affection, 1 goat and 3 birds.  This tapestry represents my response to such ignorant remarks.
