Terms of Use — Tape Measure: AR Ruler, Level

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Tape Measure app ("the app", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
2. The service
The app provides measuring utilities, including an AR tape measure, ruler, bubble level, ring sizer, sound meter and related tools. Measurements are estimates produced by your device's sensors and camera. They are not a substitute for professional measuring equipment. Do not rely on the app where inaccurate measurement could cause damage, loss, or a safety risk.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features require an auto-renewing subscription: a yearly plan, or a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The weekly subscription begins charging after the 3-day trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app. You may not use the Sound Meter or camera tools to record people without the consent required by the laws that apply to you.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decisions made based on measurement results.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
