Welcome to TapDino VPN! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TapDino VPN mobile application (the "Application" or "Service"), developed and operated by Wyo Pharmacy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before installing or using the Application. By downloading, accessing, or using TapDino VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not install, access, or use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 13, you are strictly prohibited from using the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to download, install, and execute a copy of the Application on a mobile device that you own or legally control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. VPN Service Usage & Prohibited Conduct

TapDino VPN provides secure, encrypted routing to protect your digital privacy. In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies regarding the VpnService API, you agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes.

You explicitly agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks, hacking, distributing malware, or unauthorized data scraping.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.

• Transmit, upload, or download any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, or constitutes hate speech.

• Circumvent security systems, disrupt network operations, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Service.

• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications ("spam").

Any violation of this section will result in the immediate and automatic termination of your license to use the Application, and we reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities if required by law.

4. No User-Generated Content (UGC)

TapDino VPN is a pure utility proxy network application. The Application does not contain, host, support, or allow any user-generated content, public chat rooms, messaging boards, profile creation, or data publishing capabilities. You cannot upload media or text for other users to view.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Services Disclaimer

The Application displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob and utilizes underlying system components such as Google Play Services and Firebase.

• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, products, or practices of any third-party advertisements or services.

• Your interactions with advertisers or third-party services found through the Application are solely between you and the respective third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application—including but not limited to source code, graphics, user interfaces, branding, logos, designs, and technical infrastructure—are owned exclusively by Wyo Pharmacy LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WYO PHARMACY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE PROMPTLY CORRECTED. THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WYO PHARMACY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APPLICATION.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with TapDino VPN shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located within the United States.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document ("Last Updated"). Your continued use of the Application after any modifications constitute your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
