Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 5, 2026
Wyo Pharmacy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TapDino VPN mobile application (the "Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Application, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Google Play Developer Policies.
1. Strict No-Logs Policy
Your privacy is our core priority. TapDino VPN operates under a strict No-Logs Policy.
We do not collect, log, store, or share any records of your online activities.
We do not track your browsing history, traffic destinations, data content, or DNS queries.
When you connect to our service, your IP address is not logged or tied to your online session.
Our systems are designed specifically to technical optimization and secure routing without retaining any data that could identify what you do while connected to the VPN.
2. Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party SDKs
While the core VPN service does not collect your data, the Application integrates trusted third-party Service Development Kits (SDKs) to display advertisements and analyze technical performance. These third parties may automatically collect certain non-sensitive data as governed by their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob: Used to deliver advertisements within the Application. It may process advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), general location data (coarse geolocation derived from IP), and ad interaction metrics to personalize or optimize ad delivery. You can review their policy here: Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
Google Play Services: Provides fundamental underlying technical infrastructure for the application's functionality on Android devices. You can review their policy here: Google Play Services Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor app stability, diagnose technical bugs, and analyze aggregated user interaction patterns to improve the user experience. These tools collect crash logs, device models, operating system versions, and anonymized performance metrics. You can review their policy here: Firebase Privacy Policy.
3. Android Device Permissions Explained
To provide secure, stable, and continuous VPN tunneling, the Application requires specific system permissions. We only invoke these permissions in direct response to user actions or fundamental technical requirements. We do not use these permissions to harvest personal data.
Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET)
Trigger Point: Activated automatically whenever the Application initializes network requests or connects to servers.
Purpose: This is a baseline requirement that allows the Application to establish a network pathway, fetch required configuration files, and connect your device to our secured VPN servers.
Foreground Service (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE)
Trigger Point: Activated immediately when the user taps the "Connect" button to launch the VPN service.
Purpose: This permission allows the VPN connection to remain active and secure in the background while you use other apps or lock your screen. It displays a persistent, real-time connection status in your device's notification tray, preventing the Android operating system from prematurely terminating your secure tunnel.
Foreground Service Special Use (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE)
Trigger Point: Activated in tandem with the foreground service upon tapping the "Connect" button on devices running Android 14 and above.
Purpose: In strict compliance with Android 14+ target API requirements, this declares our explicit, specialized structural usage (specialUse/vpn) to the operating system, ensuring standard compliance and optimal compatibility for encrypted proxy routing.
Post Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
Trigger Point: Requested via a system prompt when the user first navigates the Main interface.
Purpose: This permission allows the Application to display the mandatory ongoing notification indicating your active VPN connection status (connected, disconnected, or reconnecting) and to deliver important internal utility or operational updates.
4. Children's Privacy
The Application is intended strictly for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from or target individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided us with any data, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt corrective actions.
5. Global Privacy Rights
Depending on your geographic location, you are granted specific protections regarding data handled by third-party SDK partners:
European Union (GDPR): You possess the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data held by integrated partners, as well as the right to restrict processing.
California (CCPA/CPRA): You maintain the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising via your device settings.
Brazil (LGPD): You have the right to confirm processing, access your data, and correct incomplete or inaccurate records.
