Welcome to TapByTap: Hydration (“TapByTap”, “we”, “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
TapByTap is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
TapByTap is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. Hydration goals, drink equivalents, reminders, and recommendations are estimates for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
TapByTap offers optional Premium subscriptions (auto-renewable). Premium features may include Drinks mode, advanced insights, custom reminders, themes, and Apple Health sync.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore purchases from the Premium screen using Restore purchases.
Apple Health integration is optional and may require your permission. You can enable/disable access anytime. TapByTap is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Apple Health.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapByTap and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits resulting from your use of the app.
