Professional Experience

I worked as a Research Assistant in the Urban and Rural Planning discipline at Khulna University from February 2023 to September 2025, contributing to several national and international research and evaluation projects. During this period, I was primarily responsible for data collection, field coordination, data management, and analysis. My commitment, professionalism, and attention to detail significantly enhanced the quality of our research outputs. I also provided valuable support in the following projects:

• “Strengthening Resilience, Response, and Recovery Capacity: A Community-Led Initiative for Climate Migrants and COVID-19-Affected Slum Dwellers in Khulna City”, commissioned by Habitat for Humanity and the Climate Bridge Fund. 

• “Enhancing Resilience, Response, and Recovery of Climate Migrants Highly Vulnerable to COVID-19 in Khulna City Corporation”, commissioned by DSK and the Climate Bridge Fund. 

• “Understanding the Food Security and Livelihood Situation and Formulating a Food Security and Livelihood Strategy for Oxfam in Bangladesh”, commissioned by Oxfam International. 

• “Creating Women Leadership for Resilience in Munda Adibasi (Indigenous) Community in a Climate-Vulnerable Area of Shyamnagar, Satkhira”, commissioned by Oxfam in Bangladesh. 

• “Building Resilience Pathways to Address the Nexus Between Climate Change, Poverty, and Disaster with the Consideration of Bangladesh”, funded by the Social Science Research Council (SSRC). 

• “Exploring the Interactions Between Poverty, Climate Change Vulnerability, and Resilience amongst the Rural and Urban Populations in Bangladesh”, implemented under a broader resilience research initiative.
