La nostra Struttura è un posto pulito e tranquillo, che soddisfa necessità e bisogni di tutti.

Che tu stia viaggiando da solo, in coppia, con amici o in famiglia, qui da noi troverai diverse tipologie di appartamenti, stanze e sistemazioni che soddisferanno qualsiasi tua necessità.

La struttura è composta da 3 appartamenti (tutti al 1°piano, serviti da un ascensore condominiale), costituiti da:

• camere matrimoniali e singole

• un bagno per ogni appartamento

• soggiorni con divano letto e cucina (angolo cottura o in locale apposito)

• terrazzo o loggia (ove è possibile fumare)

Ogni appartamento ha i seguenti servizi:

• Free Wi-fi

• TV Smart nel locale soggiorno

• Biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) e cuscini in ogni camera

• Aria condizionata e riscaldamento in ogni camera e nei soggiorni con angolo cottura/cucina

• Asciugacapelli, sapone per le mani, prodotti di cortesia e carta igienica nei bagni

• Estintore e Cassetta di primo soccorso

• Lavatrice, stendino e accessori per la stiratura

The structure is made up of 3 apartments (all on the 1st floor, served by a condominium lift), consisting of:

• double and single rooms

• one bathroom for each apartment

• living rooms with sofa bed and kitchen (kitchenette or in a special room)

• terrace or loggia (where smoking is possible)

Each apartment has the following services:

• Free Wi-Fi

• Smart TV in the living room

• Linen (sheets and towels) and pillows in each room

• Air conditioning and heating in each bedroom and in the living rooms with kitchenette/kitchen

• Hairdryer, hand soap, courtesy products and toilet paper in the bathrooms

• Fire extinguisher and First aid kit

• Washing machine, drying rack and ironing accessories
