Noi siamo Zoe e Maya e siamo “Le Ninne”, un nomignolo che ci hanno affettuosamente dato i nostri umani domestici. Vi diamo il Benvenuto nella nostra umile Tana. La nostra è un’attività di Case e Appartamenti Vacanze (C.A.V.) situata in Sardegna, a Sassari, in Via Napoli 18, in un quartiere dotato di servizi, ristoranti, bar, negozi e uffici, vicino alle strutture ospedaliere e universitarie.

La struttura si trova al 1° piano di una palazzina condominiale di 6 piani, completamente nuova, nata dalle ceneri di una vecchia palazzina e progettata secondo le attuali normative sul risparmio energetico, sull’utilizzo di fonti di energia rinnovabili e abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche.

Perfetta per vacanze, soggiorni di lavoro, visiting professor, soggiorni di studio o come appoggio per chi deve assistere parenti o amici in ospedale (e ovviamente anche amici animali in clinica veterinaria), la Nostra Struttura ha una capacità ricettiva di 16 posti letto totali distribuiti in 3 appartamenti privati confortevoli, accoglienti e familiari per farvi “sentire come a casa vostra”.

We are Zoe and Maya and we are “Le Ninne”, a nickname that our domestic humans have affectionately given us.

We welcome you to our humble Den. Ours is a Holiday Apartments business located in Sardinia, in Sassari, in Via Napoli 18, in a neighborhood equipped with services, restaurants, bars, shops and offices, close to hospital and university facilities.

The property is located on the 1st floor of a 6-storey condominium building, completely new, born from the ashes of an old building and designed according to current regulations on energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources and the elimination of architectural barriers.

Perfect for holidays, business trips, visiting professors, study stays or as a support for those who have to assist relatives or friends in hospital (and obviously also animal friends in the veterinary clinic), our facility has a total accommodation capacity of 16 beds distributed in 3 comfortable, welcoming and familiar private apartments to make you "feel at home".
