Tambov region - 85

         Where does the Motherland begin? It is the great land of our fathers. There are fields and forests, seas and mountains, cities and small villages in it. We call this land the dearest name  Motherland. The Great Motherland is our huge country Russia. The small homeland is the place where we were born and live.

     Tambov region is the land which we live, we love and have so many links. September 27, 1937 is considered the date of formation of the region. In 2022, the Tambov Region turned 85 years old.

         The Tambov region is 1 million 255 thousand people, 23 districts, 8 cities, 12 urban-type settlements. The region is part of the Central Federal District . It is the leader in the environmental rating of Russian regions.
