The goal of this project was to raise awareness of the impacts of stereotyping and allow Mercer undergraduate students to gain a better understanding of how racial bias operates and ties into police violence.

The goal of this campus-wide initiative is for social justice, diversity, and inclusion at Mercer University. This initiative proposes a UNV 2.0 course that will allow Mercerians to become socially and culturally aware of others and equipped to build strong communities. This master document includes a proposal, a syllabus, and topical readings for the proposed course, modules, a social media campaign, and student narratives.
