At Tall Meadows Angus, our story began in 2018 when Clayton, Jordan, Kyle & Devin Peterson, proudly took the reins of our family farm in the heart of Sauk County, Wisconsin. What started with 18 Angus cows and a single bull, which we purchased from our great Aunt and Uncle, has blossomed into a thriving herd of 70 Angus cow-calf pairs, and 3 Red Angus Bulls.  Our passion for raising exceptional beef has driven our growth.  This commitment to quality led us to begin finishing our steers in 2024, and in 2025, we proudly decided to offer our premium beef directly to our neighbors and the wider community, ensuring you receive the freshest, finest cuts with complete transparency.  We're honored to continue our agricultural heritage and serve the community we call home.
