Important Requirements:

✔ The signer must appear in person before the notary.

✔ I must personally witness you signing the document.

✔ If a document has already been signed, I will not notarize it unless you acknowledge the signature in accordance with Maryland notary laws.

✔ A valid, current, government-issued photo ID is required (such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID).

✔ The name on the ID must match the name on the document.

✔ All signers must be willing and able to understand the document they are signing.

Fee Schedule:

• $6.00 per notarized signature

• Additional travel fees may apply for mobile notary services.
