Hello, I’m Liz - and welcome. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of reconnecting with who you are and how you want to feel. I’m a BACP-registered integrative talking counselllor and therapeutic arts practitioner, offering a warm, calm, and compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening for you at your own pace.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based models - including humanistic, psychodynamic, and person-centred based perspectives - to tailor the work uniquely to you. No two people are the same, so the therapy shouldn’t be either.
I work with both young people and adults experiencing:
Anxiety and depression
Relationship or family difficulties
Childhood or adult trauma
Low-self esteem or self-worth
Loss, grief, and life transitions
Neurodiversity, ADHD and Autism
School avoidance
Questions around identity
Sexual orientation
LGBTQIA+
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected and don't know why
My aim is to offer a grounded, non-judgemental presence where you feel safe, seen, and supported - a space where we can gently untangle what feels painful and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, with wheelchair-accessible premises in Cirencester town centre.
