Terms of service for TalkID

Thank you for entrusting TalkID, an AI conversation application developed by DreamLand. Before using our application, please carefully read and understand the following terms of service. By using TalkID, you agree to comply with these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not use the application.

Use of the Application

1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkID.

1.2 You agree to use TalkID only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 You agree not to use TalkID to generate any illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive content.

1.4 You agree not to use TalkID to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with the operation of the application.

1.5 You agree not to use TalkID to violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

Content Ownership and Sharing

2.1 You retain ownership of all content you generate or upload to TalkID, including conversations with AI.

2.2 You grant DreamLand a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in connection with the operation and promotion of TalkID.

2.3 You agree not to share or distribute any content generated by TalkID that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

2.4 You agree not to share or distribute any content generated by TalkID that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

Limitations of Liability

3.1 TalkID is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3.2 DreamLand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use TalkID.

3.3 DreamLand shall not be liable for any content generated by TalkID or any third-party content that you access through TalkID.

3.4 DreamLand shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of TalkID, including but not limited to damages caused by viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.

Modification of Terms of Service

4.1 DreamLand reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time, without notice to you.

4.2 Your continued use of TalkID following any modification of these terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
