Automatic Renewal Terms

If you need to use the automatic renewal membership service, you need to agree to these rules

1.1 This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have subscribed to the TalkID membership service. If you activate this service, you authorize TalkID to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your iTunes account balance when your membership is about to expire. The premise of this service is that you have bound the TalkID Membership Service with your account and can successfully pay from the account. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, the current membership service will be automatically terminated after expiration.

3. Automatic deduction rules:

(1) If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current membership service period, TalkID has the right to directly deduct the membership service fee for the next billing cycle for you in accordance with the method stipulated in this agreement.

(2) If automatic renewal is selected, the user agrees that the payment channel can deduct the membership service fee for the next billing cycle from the account bound by the user without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information .

(3) Unless the member or TalkID voluntarily and clearly cancels the automatic renewal, otherwise, the automatic deduction is valid for a long time and is not limited by the number of times.

(4) If you do not take the initiative to explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, it will be deemed that you agree that TalkID can deduct from time to time within 24 hours before the expiration of the membership service period and within a certain period after the expiration according to the deduction rules of the payment channel. attempt to make a payment (even if you have insufficient funds in your account).

(5) Once the deduction is successful, TalkID will open the membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you. This billing cycle is the time when you make the payment plus the natural day of one month or one year, and the specific expiration time of the due date depends on the time when you open the membership service. If you already have membership benefits in a non-automatic renewal state when you purchase, your membership duration will be extended by the corresponding cycle with each automatic renewal, and the billing cycle will still take effect according to the time you paid for the contract. If you purchase non-auto-renewing membership rights under the automatic renewal status, the automatic renewal deduction period will not change. The membership rights will first extend the duration of your purchase, and then extend the corresponding period with each automatic renewal.

(6) Special reminder: When you choose to use this service, TalkID will successfully deduct the corresponding renewal payment according to this agreement. TalkID will regard you as choosing to order membership services and agree to pay the service fee. TalkID will not Support the refund request for the aforementioned paid member service fee.

4. Cancellation method:

(1) Apple mobile device terminal: Apple mobile device "APP Store" --> click the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner, enter "Account" --> "Subscribe", select "TalkID" to cancel the subscription;

You understand and agree that there may be a delay in displaying the automatic renewal status update, and the details are subject to your renewal status displayed in the TalkID APP. And before you successfully cancel, the deduction instruction that has entrusted TalkID to automatically renew the fee is still valid, and TalkID will not refund or compensate the fee that has been deducted based on the instruction before the cancellation operation is completed.

5. Other

TalkID may modify this agreement from time to time according to changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain service order and protect user rights.
