For Talk Office installation Copy the following setup from UAT server.
1. SQL server 2019
2. RM tool setup
3. BOD tool setup
4. Feeds server setup
5. User management exe setup
Copy this all setup in the Any D drive of the server machine
A) SQL server 2019 Installation:
Installation process of SQL server 2019:
Right click on SQL server setup and click on Run as administrator.
Run the sql server setup on your server machine.
Click on > New SQL server stand alone installation or add features to an existing installation.
Click on Next button as shown in above window.
Error
Firewall error on installation-
Turn off Firewall in control panel & Re run.
Click on next button as shown in above window.
Click on Next button as shown in above window.
Enter the product key and click on Next button.
Accept the terms and privacy and tick on selection box.
Click on Next button
Click on select all, Un-tick machine learning box.
As there is no need of machine learning tools.
Error
Polybase error
Click on Back button, Un-tick the polybase option in previous tab.
Click on Next button.
Select named instance name, give name to database server.
Click on Next button.
Click on Next button.
Click on mixed mode.
Click on add current user button.
Create new password and confirm password for SQL server.
Click on next button.
Select tabular mode.
Click on add current user button, to add user.
Click on install button
Click on install button in next window.
SQL server is installed successfully on machine.
Click on installation button in SQL server installation center.
In Installation center window click on install SQL server management tool.
Download SSMS tool from browser.
After download the SQL server management tool, Run the setup.
Click on next button as shown in above window.
Wait until the process complete.
Installation of SQL server management tool is completed successfully.
Database backup of TDRM:
Take latest database backup of TDRM from the Algo team.
Create new database in SQL server:
Enter the name TDRM for database.
Click on ok.
Now database is created on the Server machine
Restore database
Right click on TDRM > Task > Restore > Select file from device
Right click on TDRM database.
Click on Task > Click on restore > Database.
Select backup file from device storage.(Backup file of TDRM database).
Click on Ok button
Click on option button.
Tick on the overwrite the existing database option.
Un-tick on take log backup.
Click on Ok button.
Now database restored on server machine.
B) RM installation:
1. Copy the setup of RM tool in the same drive where sql setup is stored .
2. Copy the DII folder from RM folder and paste in C drive.
3. Also copy DII files in the C drive/Window/ system, System32 and syswow64 folder.
4. Copy the OCX folder’s all files from RM setup C drive/Window/System,System32 and syswow64.
5. Open the registration exe
6. Enter the registration code of the RM.
7. Enter the number of user.
8. Enter the password in the format of talkyyyymmdddelta format.
9. Enter computer name for your account.
10. Select working type as server.
11. In license setting select the license type either demo or permanent.
12. Expiry date automatically gets selected for one year
13. Click on register button to register in talk office.
Configuration of RM upload tool:
A) File setting:
1. Open RM upload tool. Click on the file setting.
2. Select the path of the trade file to be upload.
3. Enter prefix and postfix of the file.
4. Select configuration setting either Future or equity.
5. Click on save button to save setting.
B)File configuration:
1. Click on setting button then click on file configuration.
2. Configure the file and column numbers.
Now you RM tool is installed and configured successfully.
C) Feed server:
Open the feed server setup and install all files from folder in sequence.
(NOTE: Please install 32 bit files on 32 bit machine and 64 bit files on 64 bit machine.)
1. Install .net
Install the .Net setup on the machine.
Run .Net setup in administrator mode.
2.install Run time setup
Open the file in Run as administrator mode.
click on the I have agreed terms and condition button.
Click on install button.
Run other file of Visual studio redistributable in administrator mode.
Click on accept terms and condition and install button.
3. Wincap
Right click on setup and click on run as administrator.
Above window will be open, Click on next button.
Click on I agree button on above window.
Click on install button as shown in above window.
Click on finish button.
Now your run time files are installed successfully.
Feed server EXE:
1. Configure the file of the feed server exe.
Change the catalogue of the database to the TDRM.
Edit the id and password of the database.
Save file.
Open the Feed server exe.
Click on connect via broker admin login.
Enter id and password created for feed server.
Click on the login button.
2. Restart on crash:
This exe is used to restart the feed server on crash.
Open the EXE
Click on the setting button and select the path of the feed server exe.
Click on the ok button.
Now your restart on crash exe is configured and ready to work.
D) BOD tool:
1. Copy the setup file in the same drive.
2. Open the BOD exe config file and change the catalogue of database. Enter the id and password of the sql server instance. Save the file.
3. Open the bod vshost config file and change the database catalogue and instance Enter the id and password of the sql server instance. Save the file.
Uploading Contract & Security file:
Open the BOD tool and click on daily activity.
Double Click on the path, select the path of files in storage.
Select the all file and click on download file button.
Click on Run activity.
Uploading Spanfile:
Click on span file button
Select todays date.
You can set the path of the file by double click on the file path.
Select file type online.
Select all files, Click on span radio button.
Click on the start button.
Setting:
In BOD tool settings you can check the database connection, by clicking on test & update button.
Also user can change the path of the file.
Click on update button after selected path.
E) User management EXE:
· Copy the user management exe setup on server machine.
· Open the config file named as user management exe.
· Change the catalogue name as TDRM. Change instance name of sql server which you selected during installation of sql.
· Open the config file named as user management.vshost.exe config file.
· Change the catalogue name as TDRM. Change instance name of sql server which you selected during installation of sql.
· Enter id and password of sql server. Save the file.
· Open user management exe.
· Login through SuperAdmin and mapp the users in talk office.
Now you can mapp the user in talk office through Excel upload or by single entry option.
User management exe successfully installed.
F) Intenet information service:
Go to start menu in server machine search for windows features on or off option.
Click on internet information service option.
Tick on all of the options above.
IIS is now activated on your server.
2. BOD process:
BOD process needs to be done every day before start of the market.
1. BOD tool: Start the BOD tool.
Make sure contract, Security and CD contract files are downloaded.
Upload the same files in BOD tool.
2. Span file: Make sure all the span files are selected and click on automatic upload.
3. Feed server: Start the feed server after starting BOD tool.
4. Generate files from ODIN admin and store.
4. Start RM tool.
Start the RM tool and Upload tol to upload the trade files in Talk office.
4. Add Client:
A) First time mapping(User management Exe):
I. Multiple user:
Click on edit mode button in EXE.
Creating Admin login credential will be done through the user management exe.
User need to fill their data in the excel file given by Algo team.
User needs to fill the user code of odin, group, User type(Either broker, admin, team leader or trader), name of user, email id and login id(same as user code).
Upload the excel file in user management exe.
All users will be mapped in talk office.
Login credential of admin, team leader and user will be generated.
II. Single user:
Click on edit mode button in EXE.
Fill the information of user.
User needs to fill the user code of odin, group, User type(Either broker, admin, team leader or trader), name of user, email id and login id(same as user code).
B) Adding users (Second time):
Admin can add users manually in user management exe through single user option
Also admin can add the users through talk office itself.
Go to user profile then end user profile.
If you wants to add the team leader click on + button on right side of team leader drop down.
Fill the information of team leader and click on submit button.
If you wants to add trader in talk office, Select team leader in which you wants to add trader.
Click on + button on right side of drop down of user.
Fill the information of trader and click on submit button.
5. Client profile:
A) Add user:
To add team leader and trader in talk office foolow the following steps:
Add Team leader:
Go to user profile then click on end user profile.
If you wants to add the team leader click on + button on right side of team leader drop down.
Fill the information of team leader and click on submit button.
Add Trader:
Go to user profile then click on end user profile.
If you wants to add trader in talk office, Select team leader in which you wants to add trader.
Click on + button on right side of drop down of user.
Fill the information of trader and click on submit button.
B) Modify user:
Admin can only add and modify user
To modify the team leaders or traders data in talk office follow the steps below:
Team leader:
Click on user profile then click on end user profile.
Select team leader from drop down and click on search button.
Users profile will be displayed on screen.
Click on edit button and modify the details and click on save button.
After editing all the fields you wants click on submit button below.
Trader:
Click on user profile then click on end user profile.
Select team leader under which user is mapped, Select user from drop down.
Users profile will be displayed on screen.
Click on edit button and modify the details and click on save button.
After editing all the fields you wants click on submit button below.
6. Checking Position:
Select the net position from position menu.
Select the team leader and user from drop down menu.
Select the date for which you wants to create the net position report.
You can also select the date range of one or more months.
Click on generate report button. Report will be generated on the screen.
You can view user’s position, their realised, unrealised and total M2M, Expenses and final M2M.
User can see their position scrip wise. Scrip wise M2M will be display if you click on arrow button near user name (Left side of report).
7. Manual margin file upload for interest calculation:
Create the margin file of the month.
Fill margin used by users data in the excel file and upload the file in the talk office.
On the basis of margin file uploaded, interest calculation will be done.
User can add the margin file manually in talk office at the end of the month.
8. Close out process:
Close out report is use to close the position at the weekly or monthly expiry.
Don’t do the close out in the live market, always do the close out after the market hours.
Follow the steps below to close out:
Select monthly or weekly expiry. For which expiry you wants to do close out.
Upload the bhavcopy of F&O and Equity.
Click on show open position button to show open position for close out.
Select the expiry date for close out.
Click on run close out position to execute close out.
Click on show close out report button to view close out report. It will show all closed position.
9. Mail setup process:
Daily net position mail will be send to user’s mail id entered in user profile.
For daily net position mail users have to add their working email in user profile at the time of adding user.
User can also edit the mail from admin.
Mail contains scrip wise net position of user, Their M2m, Quantity and Closing LTP.
Net position mail of monthly expiry will be send to trader every day at 7PM.
For email of daily position user have to enter correct email id in user profile.
10. Fund management:
Fund management module is used to manage the fund of all traders.
Traders deposit, profit/loss will be managed through fund management module.
Don’t use the fund management module in live market, it will affect your margin and interest calculation.
Fund management process:
Click on fund management user other menu in TalkOffice.
Click on fund management button.
I. Add deposit:
Select add deposit option if you wants to add deposit of user.
Select team leader and user from drop down menu, in which user’s account you wants to add deposit.
Enter the amount in text box.
Select mode of transaction from drop down either cheque, Online or cash.
Enter remark for mention the any message for transaction.
Click on add button.
II. Withdraw deposit:
Select withdraw deposit option if you wants to withdraw deposit of user.
Select team leader and user from drop down menu, from which user’s account you wants to withdraw deposit.
Enter the amount in enter amount box.
Select mode of transaction from drop down either cheque, Online or cash.
Enter remark for mention the any message for transaction.
Click on add button.
III. Add profit/loss:
Select add profit/loss option if you wants to add profit or loss of user.
Select team leader and user from drop down menu, in which user’s account you wants to add profit or loss.
Enter the amount in amount box.
Select mode of transaction from drop down either cheque, Online or cash.
Enter remark for mention the any message for transaction.
Click on add button.
IV. Withdraw profit:
Select withdraw deposit option if you wants to withdraw profit of user.
Select team leader and user from drop down menu, from which user’s account you wants to withdraw profit.
Enter the amount in enter amount box.
Select mode of transaction from drop down either cheque, Online or cash.
Enter remark for mention the any message for transaction.
Click on add button.
V. Switch deposit:
This option is used to switch the deposit from one account to another user.
Select the user from which account you wants to switch and user to which user account you wants to add.
Enter the amount you wants to switch.
Click on add button to switch deposit.
