In general, the Taleemi Wazaif stipend is available for children of families who are already registered as beneficiaries of the Benazir Kafaalat program. The child must be of school-going age and enrolled in a government school or a recognized institution at the primary, secondary or higher secondary level.
The stipend is linked to attendance. Children are expected to maintain regular attendance (commonly stated as at least 70% per quarter). If attendance falls, the stipend for that quarter may not be released.
The mother's or guardian's original CNIC
The child's B-Form (Child Registration Certificate from NADRA)
Proof of school enrollment, such as an admission slip or school certificate
Any BISP slip or record you already have
Parents visit the nearest BISP office or registration desk with the documents above. The staff verify the family's BISP status and register the child's school details. After that, attendance is tracked through the school and the stipend is paid quarterly to the mother or guardian. Download our printable documents checklist
