The Talawanda FFA Alumni, established in 1971, has strived to deliver supplemental funding, academic mentoring, and additional complimentary support and resources to the Talawanda/Butler-Tech FFA chapter. We focus on finding innovative ways to support the high school chapter through community fundraising and have been known for our annual consignment auctions. Proceeds from our fundraising activities support the high school chapter through the sponsorship of academic scholarships, event funding, and the purchasing of animal projects during the Saturday sale of the Butler County Fair.
Our volunteer organization is made up of chapter alumni, parents, community individuals and other supporters who understand the need for an effective booster organization to work with the high school chapter and the community to better fulfill the needs of the students as they work the achieve their agricultural pursuit and create post-secondary plans after they graduate from the high school program.
