overview
Taiyo Nakagawa is a high school researcher and media artist exploring how technology can serve as an infrastructure for political and social connection. His work focuses on the intersection of political philosophy and computational governance, examining how civic-tech and data-driven approaches can enhance democratic participation. As a Tazaki Foundation Language Scholar and a participant in the Stanford e-Entrepreneurship Japan program, Taiyo integrates theory with practice to bridge gaps between institutions, individuals, and communities. He is particularly interested in the use and implementation of political technology as a means of fostering connection.
