Taio's Softplay Hire is dedicated to delivering safe, joyful and effortless play experiences for children aged 0-6 years old across Sydney. We specialise in creating magical spaces where little ones can explore freely while parents and hosts enjoy complete peace of mind

We're also parents and understand the excitement and love we pour into planning our little one's milestone celebration. Therefore, we often run promotions and sales where we sometimes package our backdrops, desserts and softplay in one to help create a seemless  planning process and of-course to save you money.

• We will get back to your enquiry within 24 hrs and will confirm availability.

• Send us your written confirmation of your booking. 

• Deposit $150 to us to secure your booking. 

• We will send you our Liability Waiver form and will keep in touch closer to your event date. 

Booking is only confirmed once a deposit is made. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit is due 24 hrs once written confirmation is made along with completed booking form and acceptance of terms.

The $150 reseves your date and equipment exclusively

*Liability Waiver form must be signed before we set up at your event. This ensures that you have read our terms and conditions.

Hire period is up to 5 hours of play time. This does not include set up and pack-down to ensure your little ones have more playtime. Set up will take around 1-2 hours each of set up and pack down depending on the package size, venue accessibility, walk from carpark to venue entry points etc. 

Note: additional fees may apply to difficult access, no parking venues and extra labour. 

Yes. You must supervise the softplay area at all time during the hire period. Constant and active supervision by responsible adults is mandatory. Adults are to monitor behaviour, ensure age-appropriate seperation, prevent unsafe actions, remove any child acting dangerously. 

While softplay is designed to be safe, children can be unpredictable - proper supervision is essential to manage inherent risks like minor collisions or falls. 

If "YOU" the Hirer need to cancel or reschedule:

• More than 7 days notice before the hire date:

Full Refund of the hire fee (excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit). The $200 security bond will be refunded if already paid. 

• 3-7 days notice before the hire date:

50% refund of the total hire fee (exclusing the $150 non-refundable deposit). The $200 security bond will be refunded if already paid. 

• Less than 3 days notice before the hire date:

No refund of the hire fee (you will be required to pay the full amount if not already paid). The $200 security bond will be refunded if already paid and no change occurs. 

Note: The $150 deposit is always non refundable as it secures your booking dates and covers our preparation/reservation costs. 

We offer FREE delivery 20km from Leppington/Austral Area. Locations outside of 20km radius will incur a delivery fee. Please let us know what area we are delivering to and we will provide you a quote if outside our 20km raidus. 

The Softplay equipment is suitable exclusively for children aged 0-6 years old. 

This age range is strictly enforced for safety reasons and is clearly state through our Terms and Conditions.

Our Softplay equipment is specifically designed for toddlers and pre-school children. It also keeps the play area safe and appropriate for the youngest users. 

Yes. We require $200 bond that will help cover repairs or replacement costs items get damage during the event. This also covers cleaning costs if cleaning required is beyond normal. For more detailed information, please visit our Terms and Conditions. 

Yes we are insured with $20 million Public Liability. We do encourage you obtain your own public liability insurance for your events which are commonly required for council hall hires. 

All softplay package prices noted in our website are priced for day use till 5pm. Booking that are past 6pm will incur a $60 surcharge. Please ensure to specify your event start time and finish time in our booking form in order for our team to provide the most accurate quote.
