I believe leadership is about helping people grow into their best selves and creating environments where human connection thrives. That belief has shaped my journey and the impact I hope to make in the world.
I’m graduated as a Stamps Scholar from Elizabethtown College, where I designed my own Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership out of a love for teaching, mentoring, and exploring what it means to lead with purpose. Along the way, I’ve developed leadership programs for organizations, presented at conferences, written literature reviews, and created a blog centered on living intentionally and meaningfully.
My goal is simple yet ambitious: to empower others - through education, leadership development, or meaningful conversations - to live fuller, more balanced lives that are positively interconnected with their communities. By blending research, practice, and a commitment to reducing loneliness, I aspire to leave a lasting mark as both an educator and a leader. I want to inspire purposeful work, genuine happiness, and stronger support for one another, so together, we can build a future where holistic, human-centered relationships are the norm.
