• Participants have to be in good health without any infectious disease. 

• For contestants under the age of 18, please ask the guardian to confirm the registration page when registering. Once the information is sent, it is deemed to agree to the registration.

• The age divisions are defined according to your birth year. Therefore, you must check the age division based on the year you were born, not the specific date.

An athlete proven to be a black belt in judo, have experience in freestyle or Greco-Roman wrestling or to have fought MMA as a professional or amateur, shall not be allowed to enter any tournament as a white belt.

The following points are independently formulated by this competition. (more detial pleace check chinese info)

Ø Tournament system:single elimination.

Ø U18 athlete may not be registered in more than one weight category.

Ø Age, Weight division and belt rank please check regisiteration form.

Ø Weigh-in: Day of the event at the venue and please bring photo ID for checking.

Ø All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the Gi and protective gear. 

Ø Please bring photo ID for check-in.

Ø Weigh-in after weigh-in time and no show in your match will be disqualified.

Ø BJJ Uniform: please check the weigh-ins page.

If you do not have an opponent in your bracket you can contact  tournament tainanjujitsu@gmail.com 

(Subject: CORRECTION) till the day before registration check day and request a change in your registration. 

Ø All division change needs to pass weigh-ins and Gi check.

Ø Master can change to Adult the same belt rank division.

Ø If you don't have any opponent in your bracket:
● If you sign up open class and don't want to chage to other division, then don't need to send the correction mail to us.
● You can apply to change to other same belt rank division.
● No medals will be awarded for no show.

Ø If you fail to participate in the competition due to some reasons before the registration deadline, the payment will be deducted and the balance will be refunded after deducting administrative expenses; if the competition cannot be played due to injury, a hospital certificate must be attached.
Before May 31, 80%, June01-30, 60% and no refund after July 01.

Ø All of the matches will be cancelled after withdrawing from the competition.

Ø Special case: The competitor has no any opponent in the bracket and don't want to change to other division, are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee. Please mail to tainanjujitsu@gmail.com  (Subject: Cancellation for Special case) before registration check day.
● No refund after registration check day.

The three top-placed athletes in each division shall receive medals on the championship’s official winners’ podium.
• The champion shall receive a gold medal.
• The runner-up shall receive a silver medal.
• The two third-place athletes shall receive one bronze medal apiece. 

• The prizes shall be awarded according to the results proclaimed by the referees. Exchanging placement at the moment prizes are awarded is expressly forbidden. 

• To participate in the awards ceremony, the athlete should be wearing exclusively a Gi permitted for use in the Gi tournament .

The results of the three top-placing athletes shall count for points in the overall inter-academy contest for each division of the competition. 

The following points are awarded for each of the top three placements:
Champion: 9 points
Runner-up: 3 points
Third place: 1 point 

• The academy with the greatest number of gold medals shall be declared the winner. 

• In the event of a draw in the number of champions, the academy with the greatest number of silver medalists shall be declared the winner. 

• In the event of a draw in the number of gold and silver medalists, the academy with the greatest number of highest-ranking champions shall be declared the winner.

Please write the written appeal and pay caution money fee (NT$5000) by team coach and send to head referee before the next match, If the appeal is not established, the caution money will be confiscated.

Ø Personal martial arts insurancec: If you have Taiwan's ID, ARC or APRC then you can pay for it yourself.
