At TailsHug, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your account.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in two ways:

1. From inside the app:
   Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm deletion.
   
   

2. By email request:
   Send an email to [support@tailshug.com] with your registered phone number and request account deletion.
   
   

Data Retention

After account deletion:

• Your personal data (such as profile information and service records) will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.
  
  

• Some non-personal data (like analytics or transaction logs) may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
