We could do introductory sessions to explain the basic principles behind TaiChi, along with a demo. We could get together a learn some basic moves for further practice. We could be a small group of individuals living in a community looking to start on a health routine. Or, we could be a group of executives working together and looking for a practice to relieve stress and bring in good health. The possibilities are endless
All you need to do is to block some time on the calendar and write to us describing what you are up to. We can set-up a conversation, discuss and plan next steps.
Please note we are open only during weekends at this stage. Introductory sessions are typically of 2 hour duration. Once we meet and are done with the introductory sessions, we could set-up a routine for every-day early morning practice sessions before all of us head to work. Participants do not need any background or introduction to TaiChi. In fact, with no prior knowledge, the opportunity presents itself to be pleasantly surprised!
