We are looking for highly motivated students interested in semiconductor materials, devices, and reliability.

Undergraduate students interested in the B.S.–M.S. Integrated Program, as well as prospective M.S. and Ph.D. students, are welcome to apply.

Applicants from Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nano Engineering, Energy Engineering, and other semiconductor-related fields are welcome.
