Welcome to my website! 

I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Yonsei University. My current research is organized around three interrelated streams: 

(1) theorizing and modeling strategic interactions at the interface between stakeholders and organizations that have and act on varied understandings about the relevance of non-market issues, 

(2) advancing a dynamic view of how organizations and social movements influence each other, and 

(3) investigating nuanced effects of transparency as a mechanism to hold organizations accountable. 

Taken together, these streams constitute a research program that provides insight into why and how organizations address social issues and how those inside and outside organizations might effectively change their targets.
