USE OF TABLED
Tabled gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for the content you import, save, or share and for ensuring that your use respects copyright, privacy, and other rights. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.
RECIPE AND NUTRITION INFORMATION
Recipes, cooking times, ingredient substitutions, nutrition estimates, allergens, and AI-structured content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review imported content before cooking. Follow safe food-handling practices, verify allergens and dietary restrictions independently, and use appropriate judgment. Tabled is not medical, dietary, or professional advice.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
Tabled may help you import publicly available content or interact with Apple and other service providers. We do not own third-party recipes, websites, or platforms and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Tabled Plus subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s rules. Your Apple Account is charged according to the price shown before purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore eligible purchases from the Tabled Plus screen. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every source can be imported or that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Local data can be lost if the app or device is deleted, damaged, or reset, so keep your own copies of important content.
DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabled is provided “as is” and “as available.” The warranties, remedies, liability limits, and other license terms in the Apple Standard EULA apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
TERMINATION
You may stop using Tabled at any time. Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. For questions, use the contact information on the Support page.
