These terms are between you, the restaurant or business that installs TableMate, and Gazmir Mema, Quartiere San Giuseppe, Venice, Italy ("we"). By installing or using TableMate you accept them.
The service
TableMate lets your guests book tables on your Wix site and lets you manage those bookings in your Wix dashboard. It is free. We may improve or change it over time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your booking settings, for honouring the bookings you accept, and for the guest data you collect, which you control under the law that applies to you. Tell your guests how you use their data, for example in your site's privacy policy. Do not use TableMate for anything unlawful.
Availability
We work to keep TableMate running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own way of reaching guests, such as their phone number, for important changes.
Liability
TableMate is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using TableMate at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering it after giving reasonable notice.

Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes go to the courts of Venice, Italy, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory law.
