Call for Volunteers

Volunteer Scholarship is closed and thanks to all applicants.

For T4E 2026, we are excited to invite applications from volunteers to support the conference for researchers, practitioners, and educators. We have only 30 slots for volunteers

Why Volunteer?

As a Volunteer, you will:

• Free conference registration 

• Experience organizing a conference 

• EdTech Society Membership for one year

• Build a professional network and contribute to your research community 

Your Responsibilities

Volunteers will be assigned to one or more of the following roles:

• Registration Desk – Help attendees with check-in and information

• Session Support – Assist with parallel sessions (1-2 volunteers per room)

• Poster Hall Support – Support poster session setup and operations

• Workshop/tutorial – Support workshop/tutorial session setup and operations

• Demo Sessions – Support demo session setup and operations

• General Event Support – Other duties as needed

Time Commitment: Each volunteer is expected to contribute a minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 9 hours during the conference days. Specific schedules will be coordinated to allow volunteers to attend sessions of interest.

We welcome applications from the following preferences:

• Student first authors

• Student others

• Other authors
