Accommodation Options

The participants may choose from the below two options for accommodation.

On-Campus (Hostel) | Off-Campus (Hotels and Guest Houses)

Accommodation - On-Campus (Hostel)

IIT Jodhpur will provide hostel accommodation to participants attending T4E 2026 on a payment basis. The details are as below:

• Accommodation period: 06 December (Afternoon) to 10 December (Afternoon).

• Single Occupancy: Rs. 900 per day, subject to availability. 

  • While booking, please ensure that you select Single Occupancy option only and not Double Occupancy

• Meals: Breakfast and other meals will be available at the Institute Mess (Veg & Non-Veg) on a paid basis.

• Extra Day Charges: Rs. 900 (Single-occupancy)

• Air Conditioning and Bedding: All hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned, and bedding is provided. Toilets are shared.

Procedure for Hostel Room Booking: Participants are advised to book their hostel rooms after completing registration, as booking approval will be subject to verification of registration.

1. Step 1: Log in to the ERP portal using OTP authentication and create your profile (first-time users). Upload a valid government-issued photo ID. (Link: https://erponline.iitj.ac.in/exapp/auth/signup.htm?module_id=7)

2. Step 2: Proceed to the Hostel Booking section and fill in the booking details (arrival and departure dates/timings). Upload the invitation letter/paper acceptance email and provide complete contact details. Further requests will be verified by the Office of Hostel Affairs and forwarded for approval during working hours. An automated email will be sent once approved.

Important:

After Step 2, please ensure that you fill this mandatory Google Form. This will ensure that we share the details with the concerned office to facilitate approval.

3. Step 3: After approval, complete the online payment through the ERP portal and retain the payment confirmation for reference.

4. Step 4: Participants need to forward the payment receipt generated through ERP to office_ha@iitj.ac.in for record and verification purposes. Upon payment verification, further details regarding hostel allotment and caretaker contact information will be shared.

Accommodation - Off-Campus (Hotels and Guest Houses)

Participants may also book accommodation at hotels of their choice. Shuttle/bus services will be available ONLY from the selected locations in the city to the IIT Jodhpur campus during 7th–9th December 2026.
