J-1 TRAINEE

HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY?

J-1 traineeship program is designed for young professionals and recent graduates with relevant job experience. The program provides opportunity for J-1 Trainees who want to advance their careers, obtain managerial experience, and sharpen their abilities.

1. A graduate from an accredited institution at the Associates level or higher with at least 12 months of related work experience outside of the United States.

OR

2. A young professional with at least 2-5 years (24-60 months) of experience in their field of interest.

OR

3. If you have not studied at the University level you must have at least 5 years experience in the tourism/hospitality/events industry to qualify. This experience must have been obtained outside of the United States.
