Why Create a Chapter?
Creating a chapter allows students to become leaders with various opportunities to give back to the community. Students are able to follow a constitution template for the club and earn credits for their members that translate to funds for their chapter/clubs. Students may also organize fundraisers and collaborate with local health experts to expand the organization. Not only does this allow for valuable resources, but ultimately it’s also a great way for people to impact the community positively with the app and a great way for them to earn volunteer hours.
Credit system
Starting a club/chapter will earn members 500 credits that will translate into dollars when the club requests funding from our headquarters. Clubs/chapters will earn 100 credits when bringing in 10 additional members.
Credits will be transferred to cash/funding when clubs send a specific outline of what the money is being used for, how it will impact the community positively, and why they need the funding.
PVSA/Volunteer
The app offers a built-in Employee ID Number (EIN) that is given to every member. When promoting the app and gathering data, have users input your EIN so you can gain hours from their app usage.
SympifyAI is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization and is also PVSA Gold Award certified. This means the hours you earn are credible and can be counted towards the Presidential Gold Service Award.
