SYED FARAH NAZ   

Dr. Syed Farah Naz is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics and VLSI) from the Indian Institute of Technology Jammu in 2024, where she was a Prime Minister’s Research Fellow (PMRF). She completed her M.Tech. from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Jammu, in 2020, and her B.Tech. from the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir, in 2018.

Her research interests include hardware security, reconfigurable field-effect transistors (RFETs), emerging nanoelectronic technologies, reliability analysis of digital circuits, and low-power VLSI design.
