Proposed new bylaws + amended articles

Due to changes in the Ontario Corporations Act, the SDA underwent a full review of our Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation in Winter / Spring 2024, with the help of the Queen's Business Law Clinic. We are grateful to QBLC for their help in bringing our bylaws into compliance with the Act. The following will be presented at the April 25 SDA Annual Meeting.
