These Terms of Use apply to Calculator Lock ("Calculator Lock", "the app", "we", "our", or "us"), developed and published by Sparx Softech.
By downloading, installing, or using Calculator Lock, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Calculator Lock is designed to help users protect and manage private files and selected apps on their device. The app may include features such as:
· Calculator-style lock screen
· PIN, pattern, and optional fingerprint unlock
· Security question recovery
· Hidden photos, videos, audio files, and documents
· Camera capture and intruder selfie capture
· File manager, trash, restore, unhide, share, and delete tools
· App Lock for selected apps
· App icon change
· Ads, remove ads purchase, notifications, and app updates
You are responsible for choosing what files or apps you protect and for checking files before hiding, restoring, sharing, or deleting them.
Calculator Lock provides tools to help protect and manage your private files and apps, but you remain responsible for all actions taken inside the app.
Before permanently deleting any file, you should make sure that you no longer need it. Once files are permanently deleted, they may not be recoverable.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN, pattern, device lock, and recovery answer safe. We are not responsible for file loss, accidental deletion, forgotten credentials, permission changes, or device issues caused by your use of the app.
Calculator Lock may request permissions needed to provide its features, including storage or all files access, camera, usage access, draw over other apps, notifications, foreground service, biometric or fingerprint access, internet, and network state.
You can allow or deny permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are denied or later revoked.
Calculator Lock is designed to process and manage selected files locally on your device. The app does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, audio files, documents, or other content.
You retain all rights to your files and content. The app does not upload your hidden files to our servers.
Calculator Lock may offer premium features or a remove ads purchase through Google Play.
Payments, purchase processing, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Google Play according to Google Play's terms and policies.
Premium features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Calculator Lock may display ads and may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, and Google Play Billing.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
You agree not to use Calculator Lock:
· For any unlawful purpose
· To violate the rights of others
· To attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the app
· To interfere with the app’s normal operation
· To distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content through any connected service
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.
Updates may add, remove, or change features. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated version of the app.
Calculator Lock is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. We also do not guarantee that all duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, or videos will be detected perfectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparx Softech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Calculator Lock, including but not limited to data loss, file deletion, device issues, subscription issues, or loss of access to media files.
We may restrict or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms of Use or use the app in a way that may harm the app, users, or third-party services.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
