How do I book a service? Simply browse the categories on the home screen, select a professional, and click "Book Now." You can also use the integrated QR scanner to book an expert instantly at their location.
How do I track my booking? Go to the "My Bookings" tab in the app to see the real-time status of your current and past service requests.
Can I cancel a booking? Yes, you can cancel a booking directly through the app. Please note that cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a small fee.
Is my payment secure? Absolutely. Swiq uses industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment details and personal information are always protected.
