When responding to your report, I promise to:

1) Honor your confidentiality needs

2) Read and receive your experience with care

3) Represent and advocate for any actions that could restore your sense of safety, if requested

4) Offer emotional support and validation, if requested

I hope to earn and build trust with you throughout the process of receiving your report and supporting your needs and requests.   

I acknowledge the historical precedent of policies and and response protocols being utilized and leveraged against marginalized communities, and commit myself to a continuing education in transformative justice. 

I am committed to learning how to best serve the needs of our community, with the intention of creating more spaces and processes for people to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
