Back to the 60s

Sunday, March 8th at 1 PM

For grades K-6 and senior adults. 

Travel back in time with us to the 1960s. Kids will get a taste (literally) of what it was like to grow up back then, and seniors will get a chance to relive their childhood. In this intergenerational program, we’ll play games from the decade, check out classic cartoons and enjoy popular 1960s treats. Don’t forget to come in your grooviest 60s-inspired outfit!

Brushes Before Bedtime

Thursdays, March 12th and April 9th at 6 PM

This program is geared toward ages 3-8, but all are welcome to attend. 

Join us for a night of family art using various techniques and leave with a masterpiece designed by your entire family! We will provide supplies...your family provides the creativity and fun!

Register for each program separately beginning the first of each respective month. 

Time For Tea!

Saturday, March 14th at 1 PM

For all ages 

We’re having a beach-themed tea party, and you’re invited!  Join us for tea and light refreshments, sand art, games, and an epic dance party with a live DJ!  PLUS, enter to win the 2026 American Girl Doll of the Year, Raquel Reyes, who is spending her summer seaside for her big family reunion.  Basket raffle tickets and doll outfits by Dollie Delites will be on sale during the event.

 Tickets go on sale beginning February 6th and should be purchased in-person at the Library. $30/pair, $10 for each additional ticket.

Spring is in the air! Join us for springtime stories and fun crafts with the residents at Friendship Village. We'll meet in the lobby of Friendship Village in Upper St. Clair at 5:50PM. Don't miss out on the fun!

Spring Scavenger Hunt

April 1st - 30th

Think spring!  Ten pictures are hidden in the Children’s Department of the Library.  Can you find them all?  Hop on over to the Library to find out.  

For all ages and available beginning April 1st.  

 Prizes are on a first-come, first-served basis.   

Art Gala

Friday, April 24th from 6-8 PM

For all ages. 

Our annual celebration or art continues!  Submit up to two pieces of original artwork by March 31st and then join us for the special night that includes music and light refreshments.  Share your inner art!  Don’t miss out on this fabulous event.  

Artists receive a free ticket.  Family members and friends may purchase them for $5 in advance or $10 at the door.
