Property clearances are often very labour intensive work, however we can keep your costs to a minimum using our 'tried and tested' working methods as set out below.
1. An initial visit to view the scale of clearance from a loft, shed or garage to a complete comprehensive House Clearance service.
2. Followed by a call with an estimate, taking into consideration any salable assets. These details will all be confirmed by email.
3. Once the clearance is completed by our efficient team, the cost of the work will be offset by the proceeds keeping costs to a minimum. All salable assets can be accurately valued and either sold by auction or through other suitable outlets. Indeed, occasionally we may unearth an object that was thought to have no value at all which often comes as a nice surprise.
